There are three things I'm sure of in life. There aren't many more things I can be sure of though. The three things I'm sure of are I'm going to heaven, God loves me, and everyone will breathe.
First, I know I'm going to heaven. Since I have faith I can be sure I'm going to heaven. Second, I know God loves me. He wouldn't have sent Jesus if he didn't love us. Third, I know everyone will breathe in life. They'll never live unless they breathe, so everyone will breathe in life.
I can be absolutely sure about all of those. Even though I can't be sure of lots of things in life, I can be sure of those three.
